The humanitarian approach allows educators to remove psychological barriers to students’ communication with others, strengthen their professional self-esteem, and increase the value of continuing education in order to plan and predict future professional activities of students, update its meaning, etc.

For an organic and effective connection between the humanitarian approach and the process of forming a system of value relations between subjects of education, it is necessary to build “dialogue technologies” of highly qualified specialists as a tool for their personal development. In this sense, the enrichment of existing humanitarian knowledge in the system of continuous education of specialists can be viewed from the point of view of their certain universality as a means of forming a modern personality and “information” in it into a single node go math grade 2 of meanings and values of different epochs of social development.
