philosophical shifts in public consciousness in contemporary Russian society. This also includes the need to take into account in real practice the formation of new connotations and intuitive understanding of the meaning of modern life, the actions of its subjects, which at present do not lie on the surface, are not obvious and do not follow directly from the past experience of the functioning of social institutions in our country and the education system in particular. At the same time, their lives were not only expanding spatially and geographically, but also accelerating in time. This compels the Higher School to pay more attention to methods and approaches to education that can bring real knowledge, skills and abilities of specialists beyond the narrow sphere of their professional pragmatism into the broader field of humanitarian research related to humanitarian competence in order to form their aspiration to constant self-study throughout their conscious lives.
The humanitarian approach allows educators to remove psychological barriers to students’ communication with others, strengthen their professional self-esteem, and increase the value of continuing education in order to plan and predict future professional activities of students, update its meaning, etc.
For an organic and effective connection between the humanitarian approach and the process of forming a system of value relations between subjects of education, it is necessary to build “dialogue technologies” of highly qualified specialists as a tool for their personal development. In this sense, the enrichment of existing humanitarian knowledge in the system of continuous education of specialists can be viewed from the point of view of their certain universality as a means of forming a modern personality and “information” in it into a single node go math grade 2 of meanings and values of different epochs of social development.

For example, strategies to create new values for their subordinates, flexible leadership technologies, when, depending on the situation, the leader’s functions are transferred from one employee to another, etc.
